Phase one of a 40,000-square-foot retail and office center in Camp Hill has been completed, and construction has begun on a Homewood Suites in Carlisle. The hotel is just the latest hotel in the midstate that is being built.

From hotels to retailers and other companies, numerous businesses (and nonprofits) have opened or are set to open new locations in the region this year. Numerous car dealerships and hotels are being built in the midstate.

And numerous restaurants continue to open throughout the area.

Neighbors Smith (One Good Woman, Little Black Dress, Underneath It All, Live in Color with Seriously Distressed Furniture)

The first phase of Neighbors Smith, a 40,000-square-foot retail and office center in Camp Hill has been completed. The tenants will be a mix of three current tenants and a number of new tenants. Little Black Dress which opened in 2014 and offers casual women’s clothing and One Good Woman, a coffee, tea and gourmet food shop have opened in larger spaces. One Good Woman has been around for more than 20 years and was purchased in 2016
