    My primary care doctor is in NH. I’m on Mainecare and that government agency accepts doctors within 20 miles of the state line, but that’s not the case with medical marijuana. Government. I have been seeing my doctor for 3-1/2 years and my file is 2″ thick. Would a Maine doctor want the whole file or a summary? Thanks, Timothy Smith
